There are a few reasons you could be gettting a 403 HTTP error code from the API. We try to give as much information in the response, so run your API call through "curl" or load it in your web browser to view the message.
Some possible causes:
- You may not have access to the legacy Preview or Objectify endpoints. Try the 1/extract endpoint.
- You may not have access to Extract, make sure you are on our new Products. (To upgrade, go to Products tab from your dashboard.)
- You went over your Intro or Free limit of the API for the month. (To upgrade, go to Products tab from your dashboard.)
- You have setup whitelisting of an IP or Referrer domain. (You probably know if you set this up, Go to Account Tab -> Key from your dashboard.)
