Hi!
I am trying to figure out why links-in-one-line aren't replaced by riched embedded content with embedly. The installation is done over a wordpress blog (akae.es) following the simple instructions at the plugin page ( http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/embedly/ ). Is there anything else for me to do with the install so the links are "detected"?
The links are the following:
http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=159788237373065
http://www.myspace.com/losdevolver
I had also several issues trying to login here with Twitter/OpenID accounts :(
Thanks!

I think the problem is that the WP plugin doesn't notice the links if they're inside anchor tags, which frequently happens automatically. Check your post HTML, and make sure it says "http://blahblah" and not "<a href="http://blahblah">http://blahblah</a>".
I'm also having this problem. I have posts being made automatically (via Twitter) and I'd prefer to not have to edit every single post as it's imported (usually several each day) so they work with embedly.
The two restrictions that need to go are:
Thanks for your answer Bevans! I'll take a look.
You can now embed any link in the Embedly wordpress plugin by using the Embedly icon in the post editor. Check out this video to see how to use it: https://embedly.viewscreencasts.com/7b6fe1e692538fd439ae497910be2997
